Her first experience of the antique world started when she was just seven years old and her Father, who collected and did a little dealing in Georgian silver, started taking her to the antique shops, fairs and jumble sales in the Guildford area of Surrey. He taught her as much as he could about antique silver hoping that she would follow in his footsteps. She didn’t! In 1992 she trained as a ceramics restorer and then set up an antique restoration service, restoring and dealing before finding her true passion with Bags of Glamour.
