Introducing Emma: A Dynamic Addition to Our Customer Service and Sales Team!

We are excited to introduce the newest member of our team, Emma! She joins us as a valuable addition in customer service and sales where she will be working alongside Liv. With Liv preparing for maternity leave around late August/early Sept, Emma will be stepping in to ensure a smooth transition and seamless continuation of our exceptional service for our lovely clients! We expect Liv to return part-time after her leave, so you'll have both Emma and Liv on her return.

Emma brings a vibrant and diverse range of interests and experiences to our workplace. In addition to her dedication to customer service, she enjoys a variety of hobbies during her free time. You'll often find her immersed in the world of online gaming, challenging opponents and exploring virtual realms. When she's not gaming, Emma loves taking her dog, Milo, for walks. Milo, a rescue from Romania, has become an inseparable part of Emma and her partner's life.

Originally hailing from the picturesque county of Wiltshire, Emma moved to Derby two years ago. Emma's friendly and outgoing nature makes her an ideal fit for our team, where she thrives in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

Here's an interesting tidbit about Emma: she is a seasoned participant in women's Darts leagues, having dedicated eight years to honing her skills. Her passion and dedication have earned her several trophies along the way, and we couldn't be prouder to have such a talented individual on our team!
