In an article published on the popular technology website The Next Web, a Microsoft employee was giving a presentation to potential customers, when he had to stop, mid demonstration, to download Google Chrome in order for him to continue his presentation. The Microsoft Edge browser had crashed.
His audience (fortunately) took this blunder light heartedly, you can hear the ripples of giggles erupt as he takes a moment to install the new browser, however this then makes you wonder about the security & usability of this browser when even a Microsoft employee cannot get it to function as it should!
Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge have a reputation for being incredibily unreliable, insecure, and vulnerable to viruses.
As such we usually recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox & Safari as these web browsers are known to be secure, reliable and they function as they were designed to.
